Hugo et Nathan Braconnier are brothers and both passionate about nature since their childhood. They grew up on a small farm in the bocage of Western France. « That’s where we first learned how to build huts, which later turned into hides to watch nature. »
Cradled by the International Festival of Ornithological Film of Ménigoute, France, and the many films they saw there, they started to dream and translate their own observations into photos and videos. Today, they still live and work in the family farm but also became famous French filmmakers. « We try to use our knowledge as tinkerers and naturalists as much as possible to benefit the creation of our images. »
